They say everyone makes mistakes....yet i seem to be making too many mistakes

sometimes i just wonder..does the problem lies wif me
then i will try to just blame that the other person also has fault yet it all comes back to it being some dumb excuse
yet this has many too many times alrdy
definitely even if i didnt start it i still had a large part in it
and even if i try to resolve it all i know is that people cannot put their trust in me anymore
but its just me.... so i shud try to change for the better to ensure less people get hurt in the process
